Sweet and Sour Cherry Salad

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Red food coloring (optional)
8 oz. miniature marshmallows
1 small carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Combine condensed milk, pie filling, and pineapple and stir gently until combined. Add a few drops food coloring if desired. Fold in marshmallows and Cool Whip. Place in serving bowl and refrigerate.

Notes:
A nice Christmas fruit salad.
