Homemade Cheese Spread.

4 oz. cheese
Salad dressing (low fat is fine)
Mustard (optional)
Chopped onion, olives, pimentos, ham or chicken (optional)

Directions:
Grate 4 oz. of your favorite cheese on a large hole grater. Add salad dressing to make a spreadable mixture. Add a bit of your favorite mustard if desired, to taste. Chopped olives, onion, pimentos, chicken, or ham may also be added. Mix together, and serve as a sandwich spread. Can also be used to fill celery ribs or stuff fresh mushrooms.

Notes:
This is much better than that fake-yellow stuff in the little tubs.

Love At Home

There is beauty all around
When there's love at home.
There is joy in every sound
When there's love at home.

Roses bloom beneath our feet,
All the earth is a garden sweet,
Making life a bliss complete,
When there's love at home.
