Minnesota Moist Chocolate Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour 1-3/4 cups granulated sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 1 tablespoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt | 2/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup HOT brewed coffee |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9x13" baking pan. Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl and beat well. Bake 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
