Pumpkin Cake
2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt | 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup vegetable oil 2 cups pumpkin puree |
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together; set aside. Beat eggs and sugar together; add oil and blend well. Add flour mixture and beat well. Stir in pumpkin, blending until well-combined. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13" pan for 1 hour or until cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack and frost as desired.
