Macaroon Cookies
4 egg whites 2/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon salt | 1 teaspoon almond extract 1 cup chopped almonds 2-2/3 cups flaked coconut |
Directions:
Combine egg whites and sugar. Mix well. Stir in flour, salt, and almond extract. Mix well. Stir in almonds and coconut. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten each ball. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
