Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked 2 cups cubed American cheese 1-1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes 1-1/2 tablespoons pimientos 1-1/2 tablespoons onion, minced | 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon paprika 2 eggs 2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Preheat oven to 325°. Grease a baking dish.
3. Place macaroni in baking dish. Spread cheese cubes evenly over macaroni. Sprinkle parsley flakes, pimientos, and onion over top.
4. Beat eggs slightly and combine with milk and salt. Pour over the macaroni and cheese. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
5. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until cheese has melted and liquid has thickened.
